A warming and delicious chicken curry, perfect for those chilly winter days! We marinade our tender chicken for 24 hours in yellow spices, lemongrass, garlic and onions. It’s then cooked ‘low and slow’ with sweet and earthy root vegetables in a rich coconut milk broth.
